Authentic Wood Fired Pizza Cooked To Order

Authentic wood fired pizza cooked to order in our beautiful clay oven. We slow proof our dough giving it a unique flavour then top with our tangy tomato sauce then grated mozzarella and a selection of local produce including an award winning Blue Vinny cheese and charcuterie.

Our unit requires no access to external water or electricity and we do not use noisy generators. All we require is a flat space 3mx3m to set up on!
